  1. Business that take complaints & compliments from suggestions box very serious are the one that succeed because that’s where they will learn what customers expect from their service or product. Most well established businesses take complaints & frustrations and convert them to new product or new feature on existing service or product. this way business become innovative & creative.

  2. And lately Well Established Businesses are on social media for better and easier communication with their clients/customers, substituting the suggestion box. Which I think its a good communication platform
