What is melatonin

What does natural melatonin do in the body?

Light affects how much melatonin your body produces. During the shorter days of the winter months, your body may produce melatonin either earlier or later in the day than usual.
Why is melatonin used as a dietary supplement?
Melatonin supplement are sometimes used to treat jet lag or sleep problems due to shift work.
This is a very good product, as im working shifts and seriously battling with my sleep
In a normal night shift i would only sleep to a maximum of 4h30min then im awake
by the time i get to work im very tired, so where can i get this
